One place for the running of an organisation, instead of a spreadsheet, a bank account, a mailing list, and a Facebook group that never quite agree with each other.
Memberships
Sign-ups, renewals, and membership categories run themselves. Members join and pay online, renewals chase themselves, and the committee stops spending Sunday afternoons sending reminder texts about unpaid fees.

Our journey
TidyHQ began in 2008 as a side project, after our founder watched one community club after another run on a spreadsheet, a shoebox of receipts, and one exhausted secretary. It launched publicly in 2012 and has been built around the same question ever since: what would give that person their weekends back?

Getting started
Most organisations are running within an afternoon. You import your existing member list from a spreadsheet, set up your membership categories, and connect Stripe to start taking payments. There is no implementation project and no IT team required.

The team on this page. Support and onboarding are handled in-house rather than outsourced, and organisations on TidyConnect work with a named account manager.
Getting help
Support runs in Australian business hours by email and in-app chat, backed by a help centre. Feature requests go to a public board where you can see what has been asked for and what has shipped.
What we ship
Small, frequent releases rather than an annual rewrite. Every shipped change is written up in plain language on our changelog, so you can check whether something you asked for exists yet.

No. TidyHQ is month-to-month or annual, and you can change or cancel your plan yourself. Annual billing saves roughly 17% over paying monthly, and there are no setup fees on either.
No. We do not sell your data, your content, or your member information to advertisers, and we never have. Our revenue comes from subscriptions and transaction fees only, which means the only way we make money is by building something you choose to keep paying for.
Sports clubs, professional associations, charities and non-profits, RSL and service clubs, arts organisations, hobby and social groups, chambers of commerce, faith organisations, alumni associations, and student guilds. They range from 15-member clubs to national sporting bodies with more than 40,000 members.
It sits beside it rather than replacing it. Many clubs run registrations through a governing body platform and still use TidyHQ for their own memberships, finances, meetings, and communications — because a TidyHQ account belongs to the club, and your peak body cannot see inside it unless you choose to share through TidyConnect.
